The very first thing we want to clarify is whether there is a match between you and Implement – both personally and professionally – to make sure that you have the potential to thrive in our tribe right from the start.

You can expect a conversation over the phone with a highly skilled interviewer (and a super nice person) from our Talent Attraction team. The conversation will be full of questions about you as a person, your career so far and your interest in Implement.

This conversation, like so many other situations in life, is all about being your true self so we can get to know the real you right from the start.

We want to get a more comprehensive understanding of you, but we want to do so without relying solely on the previous experiences in your CV.

To make the experience more enjoyable, we have created a test that scientifically evaluates the aspects of cognition and behaviour through a gamified experience.

In our second conversation, you will begin to showcase your skills and capabilities when you meet two of our Implement consultants who will ask about your consulting toolbox to find out how you approach and solve problems.

We also want to learn more about your career aspirations and have an open dialogue about the results of your gamified test. Expect a lot of self-reflection and putting your test results into perspective, allowing us – and maybe even yourself – to get to know you better.

According to science, a real-life simulation is the most reliable way to test a candidate for future job performance.

In conversation 3, you will therefore get the chance to showcase your consulting skills and mastery by presenting a solution to a case you have been given in advance, mimicking the work of an Implement consultant.

You will present to two of our consultants who will assess how you would handle a real-life dilemma. The most important part is that you are curious and authentic, have prepared and spent the necessary time on the case and have practised your presentation.

We want to be the best place for the best people. This means that our people should be both highly skilled consultants and highly skilled people.

That is why, in this conversation, we will explore whether our DNA is compatible with yours. Expect a slightly less traditional interview format than you are used to when we ask you to tell us something meaningful about your life story.

The conversation will be conducted by one of our consultants and one of our colleagues from Talent Attraction.

This conversation is also our last conversation rounding off the experience, which means that we will discuss any remaining questions that you or we may have, hopefully ending with a job offer and a brilliant new colleague for our team.

As a student at Implement, you will be included in projects and assignments with clients on (almost) the same terms as our consultants and full-time employees. We believe that you will have the steepest learning curve when you are given responsibilities – no matter if you are a student or an experienced consultant. 

And we like to invest in our students, so you – if you perform well – can continue your career with us after your final graduation.

Our recruitment process consists of four phases: a pre-screening, screening, assessing and hiring phase.

Initially, you will have a mutual introduction with one of our Implementers to get an understanding of what we expect from you in the process and give you the opportunity to ask all the questions you might have so you feel well-prepared for the process.

During the recruitment process, we will do our very best to keep you well informed while our colleagues assess your mastery, your ways of working and your passions as well as get to know you as a potential new team member.

You will always get personal feedback on your interview either in writing or on the phone. We strive to always give feedback within 48 hours. 

You will also get feedback on cases and tests. This will happen during your interview.

After completing your final interview, you will hear back from us within 2-3 days – unless otherwise advised at the interview.

The compensation package will depend on the position you apply for and the brilliance you bring 😊
