What you see below are not rules. Or even guidelines. It is advice to consider, and it manifests our heritage and the collective wisdom we have picked up from more than 25 years of consecutive growth. We do not pretend it is the whole truth, but it is all there for a reason.

What has changed at Implement during the past 20 years?

Nothing – and everything – according to three consultants who have celebrated their 20th anniversary at Implement.

Not only did Tor, Anders and Henrik join Implement at (almost) the same time in the early summer of 2004. Before that, they were already colleagues at another consultancy, and on top of their combined 60 years at Implement, they represent a stunning 75 years of consulting experience.
