A strong, local presence in Jutland

Implement is a Danish management consultancy based on Scandinavian culture and values. We are 1,700+ consultants across six countries. Back in 2018, we opened our office in Jutland, and we have only grown since then. Today, we are the strongest management consultancy in Jutland, with a large, multidisciplinary group of consultants working on complex change projects in close collaboration with our clients, who are primarily from Jutland, Funen and Northern Germany.


In Aarhus, we are housed in the former Ceres brewery – and maybe we have a thing for breweries in Implement, as our head office in Copenhagen is located in Tuborg’s old brewery buildings.


From our Aarhus office, we help clients in manufacturing and production, commerce, retail, regions and municipalities and green transition to carry out complex transformation projects.

What our clients can expect

In Aarhus, we have a strong local presence with a team of passionate consultants based in Jutland. We help public and private clients in manufacturing and production, commerce, retail, regions and municipalities and green transition.


We provide perspectives and solutions that move our clients forward, drawing on both the local knowledge at the Aarhus office and on Implement’s global experience and competences.

Our approach


We help organisations solve the challenges they face. We do this with deep, cross-functional expertise and an understanding of the organisation and the people within it.


We explore, challenge and develop the right solutions together with our clients and help make them work in everyday life so that you can retain the solution and the knowledge it has provided in your organisation afterwards.


We evaluate, adapt and focus on where value is created. We believe that we create the best results through constant dialogue and that focusing on motivation and momentum is essential for ongoing implementation.

The team

We are more than 100 consultants who, with our roots in Jutland, have created a strong community around our base in Aarhus.


We are a great mix of all age groups, graduates and experienced consultants and everything in between. We like to dive into our different areas of expertise; and together, we bring them into play to create impactful change that makes our clients better and stronger.

Our culture

What we all have in common is that we are passionate about what we do. With more than 70 colleagues , there is room to develop your curiosity and area of expertise – whether you are an expert in sustainability, supply chains, digitalisation, transformations, ERP systems, public welfare or strategies.


Our culture is defined by autonomy and freedom of choice. With us, there are few rules, and you decide on the setup for your work life. Find your way

... to our office in Aarhus


Our Aarhus office is located at Ceresbyen 75 on the 5th floor.


The office is located at the intersection of Silkeborgvej, Viborgvej and Thorvaldsensgade and is easily accessible by bus, train, car and on foot.


If you arrive by car, you can park right below our office in the underground car park Q-Park Ceres (located at Ceres Allé 2), or you can park in the streets around the office. Parking here is limited to 2 hours with a parking disc.
