Change & Effect is the sum of everything Implement Consulting Group stands for. It is our product, our method and our purpose.

Change & Effect is based on more than 15 years’ experience with designing and executing strategic changes in Danish organisations – public as well as private. The book constitutes the sum of 200 consultants’ subject matter expertise and competences.

Everything that Implement Consulting Group believes in is documented in this book, and in addition to explaining how we look at change, it also serves as a practical guide on how individuals and organisations achieve the desired results through the change.
