Your role

As a vital contributor to our Digital/IT Delivery and Agility team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting strategies and operating models to elevate organisational agility
  • Providing guidance and designing innovative value delivery streams
  • Implementing Lean-Agile portfolio management and delivery models
  • Extending the benefits of Agile across multiple teams through proven frameworks
  • Leading and executing large-scale Agile programmes
  • Fulfilling pivotal roles such as Scrum Master, product owner, RTE etc.

What you will be doing

Together with clients, you will co-create solutions to complex challenges in Agile IT-based organisations. Your involvement will span a range of Agile-related tasks, from strategy development to hands-on implementation.

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree
  • Bring experience from a top-tier management consultancy or high-performing IT organisation
  • Be a passionate Agile practitioner, recognised for your problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative mindset
  • Have a track record of driving Agile initiatives in a team

Nice to have

It would be an advantage if you also:

  • Understand IT development processes, maintenance and operations
  • Possess technical acumen, especially in Agile technical practices such as DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing
  • Have experience in scaling Agile using frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify and LeSS
  • Have a strong professional network relevant to Agile transformations
