That is why we are looking for experienced management consultants to join our Gothenburg office on the journey of making organisations fit for humans and fit for the future.
What will you be doing?
As an experienced management consultant in our Energy and Climate team, you will be at the forefront of helping organisations develop strategies and solutions to tackle the multiple dimensions of sustainability.
In Gothenburg, we have a strong focus on organisations in the automotive, energy and industrial goods sectors. We are looking for candidates from top-tier consultancies who are committed to working with the most ambitious organisations and the biggest problems worth solving.
Your role will typically involve:
- Designing and driving strategy processes at the corporate, business unit and functional levels
- Examining complex issues and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Designing, envisioning and testing innovative strategic solutions and communicating results and recommendations convincingly in a highly structured way
- Driving and facilitating change processes, interactions and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations
- Acting as a project manager and team leader on projects or taking responsibility as a workstream lead
- Being open-minded and prepared for a steep learning curve and applying new approaches to solve today’s most worthwhile problems
- Participating in developing a truly unique team in the Gothenburg region
We are looking for people who
- Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting in a role as manager or similar
- Have experience of engaging in and running commercial dialogues
- Have the motivation to expand Implement Gothenburg’s service offerings and drive commercial dialogues with other experienced consultants and partners
- Are passionate and thrive in a network-based culture
- Have strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking
- Have solid project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement
- Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Hold at least one relevant master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with top grades
