As we expand our footprint in the life science industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech), we are looking for an experienced commercial excellence partner to join our team and contribute to our clients’ success.

As a commercial excellence partner, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our Life Science team in Implement Consulting Group. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships within the life science industry in Switzerland and Germany. Leveraging your extensive personal network and expertise, you will win client engagements and deliver exceptional value by supporting our clients through transformative initiatives.

  • Take a leading role in shaping and growing our Life Science team, contributing to its strategic direction and expanding our capabilities in the life science industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by leveraging your network to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Swiss and German life science sector.
  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of client assignments, ensuring consistent excellence and impactful outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and process implementation within commercial excellence functions to clients throughout their transformation journeys.
  • Contribute to the training and development of consultants and partner colleagues, both on and off projects.

We are looking for people who have

  • More than 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a project or engagement manager in a management consultancy.
  • Demonstrated expertise and functional knowledge of the life science industry with deep functional expertise in core commercial disciplines in life science, e.g. therapy area strategy, brand strategy and commercialisation of assets, segmentation, targeting and territory planning, innovative customer engagement models, commercial capability development programmes, advanced commercial analytics and digitalisation programmes.
  • A proven track record of winning and delivering client engagements with a strong personal network in the Swiss and German life science industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • An empathetic personality and a positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluency in English and German is required. Additional languages are a plus.
