Responsible AI – Operational implementation

This course - developed in collaboration with PS/KA - focuses on establishing the basic knowledge needed to be AI Pilot internally in organisations.
Purpose of the course

The successful integration of AI into business operations requires skilled "AI pilots"—leaders who can navigate the complexities of AI implementation. These pilots need to ensure that AI aligns with and strengthens core business functions while managing risks and respecting legal compliance, avoiding dependencies on specific suppliers or technologies and building an organization-wide understanding of AI.

Key focus areas for AI pilots include:

  • Aligning AI initiatives with business strategy.
  • Recognizing when to augment human capabilities versus automate tasks, balancing efficiency with responsibility.
  • Managing risks, ensuring legal compliance and ethical considerations, especially regarding AI biases and responsible usage.
  • Building a culture that trains and empowers teams to engage thoughtfully with AI and provide human oversight/review of the output.
  • Overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring operational resilience - from strategy to upgrading or phasing out solutions.
