This will be the starting point for a conversation about your personal values and experiences and how they connect with ours. We promise a supportive and psychologically safe space where you can truly be yourself and reflect on whether you can envision yourself flourishing within our team. 

Our discussion will also include personalized questions tailored to you based on our observations during the interview process. We encourage you to be your true self and dare to be personal in a professional context. Reflect on the story your artifact tells, prepare well, and allow your personality to shine through in our conversation. It's important for us to distinguish between a personal story and a private one, and to emphasize that we do not expect you to share anything private.
