What makes Implement unique is our company culture. We refer to our culture and core values as our “DNA.” To assess whether you would thrive and develop at Implement, we are curious to understand how our DNA aligns with what’s important to you.
What to expect?
Expect a slightly less traditional interview format than you’re used to. We will ask you to bring an artefact that says something about you as a person, and from there, we will have a conversation about your DNA and ours. The artefact must be a physical object that you can carry with you for the interview. We will ensure a psychologically safe space for you to be yourself and invite you to reflect on and relate to our core values and DNA. We will also have a conversation based on some personalised questions tailored to you and based on our observations of you during the interview process.
How to ace the conversation?
Be your true self and dare to be personal in a professional context. Reflect on the artefact story you want to tell, prepare well, and allow your personality to shine through in our conversation. However, it’s important for us to distinguish a personal story from a private one and to emphasise that we do not expect you to share anything private. Be prepared to reflect on how your worldview might align with Implement’s DNA and core values. Also, be ready to ask any remaining questions, as this will be our final conversation.
