Building on a series of leadership events, we have brought together experts and HR leaders across countries to reimagine leadership and explore how to build strategic capabilities. The aim has been to help organisations shift from individual-focused models to a systemic approach that sees leadership as a dynamic process.
Now is the time to drive real leadership change.
The old management models - designed for efficiency and control - are no longer sufficient. We need new models that prioritise adaptability, innovation, and employee engagement.
