Management Consultants in Supply Chain Planning – Graduates 2026
We’re looking for graduates eager to make an impact by working on complex supply chain transformation projects.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll be working on a wide range of projects. Depending on your personal journey and development goals, your role in a project could include:
- Design and implement planning excellence: Apply advanced concepts in forecasting, demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimisation, and operational planning to build robust, end‑to‑end planning processes.
- Enable adoption and capability building: Train stakeholders and facilitate client workshops to co-create designs, refine processes, and embed continuous improvement.
- Translate requirements into actionable processes: Convert business needs into well-defined process designs and implementation plans – with clear governance, data, and decision flows.
- Guide digital planning transformations: Advise clients on solution architecture and roadmaps for SAP IBP and other leading platforms from concept to configuration and adoption.
- Deliver measurable impact: Execute projects that optimise planning tools and processes, strengthen performance management, and build organisational capabilities that sustain excellence.
What you’ll bring
Ideally, you have some familiarity with supply chain concepts – whether through an internship, student role, thesis project, or other experience. To be a great fit, you hold (or are about to complete) a master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, supply chain, operations research, business analytics) with strong results.
We’re looking for candidates who meet most of the following criteria and are eager to learn the rest:
- Project-driven and adaptable: You thrive in a project-based environment, managing timelines, stakeholders, and shifting priorities with ease.
- Interest in digital tools: Ideally, you’ve had exposure to SAP (e.g., SAP IBP) or other digital planning platforms, or you’re keen to develop expertise in digital planning solutions.
- Analytical problem solver: You enjoy breaking down complex problems to uncover clear insights and deliver actionable solutions.
- Change maker: You’re motivated by driving real results and take a collaborative approach to implementing and sustaining change.
You must, of course, also be a structured communicator. That means being able to structure and deliver compelling presentations and workshops in English (our company language); proficiency in another European language is considered a plus.
What we offer
At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. You’ll be part of a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy that empowers you to grow, lead, and innovate while creating real results for our clients through collaborative consulting.
- Build deep functional expertise in supply chain: Develop mastery across core supply chain functions.
- Hands-on from day one: Work on client projects immediately, side‑by‑side with experienced consultants who elevate your strategic thinking and methodological rigour.
- Continuous development: Access an ambitious internal training programme with keynotes, workshops, certifications, and mentoring to accelerate both your professional and personal growth.
- High‑trust culture: Enjoy autonomy, support, and a flat hierarchy in a team that shares knowledge, challenges the status quo, and continuously raises the bar.

Collaborate across cultures and time zones, gain exposure to diverse industries and markets, and contribute to international programmes that deliver measurable impact.
If you’re excited to build deep expertise in supply chain planning and help clients deliver better, faster, and more resilient outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
