You will play a key role in
- The growth of our leadership development and team advisory business
- Ensuring the consistent and exceptional delivery of client assignments across different industries, driving meaningful impact for our clients
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of client organisations to foster strong partnerships and successful outcomes
We are looking for someone with
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
- A passion for leadership development
- Relevant consulting experience in agility, change and leadership training
- A track record of building client relationships
- A US work permit
- Willingness to submit and pass a background check
