Are you passionate about producing engaging, creative and high-quality video content – and looking for a role where you can grow alongside a creative team?

We are looking for a curious and creative student to join our film production team and bring projects to life through engaging film. If you are a creative individual who thrives in a creative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What do we offer?

As an assistant producer at Implement, you will work on our client projects alongside our passionate video producers and management consultants in an organisation that values professional and personal development.

Our projects come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from interviews with multiple-camera setups, speak-to-camera, live-action commercials, portraits, motion graphics, event launches and much, much more. No two projects are the same, and neither are the tasks you will be doing on a day-to-day basis.

You can expect to:

  • Assist in pre-production: help turn creative briefs into storyboards, production plans, shot lists and time schedules.
  • Take an active role in film shoots: assist with set design, camera work, audio equipment and lighting.
  • Edit high-quality films: turn hours of content into to-the-point videos with a cohesive narrative.

You should expect a workload of around 10-25 hours per week, with mutual flexibility during exam periods and project deadlines.

If you can tick most of the boxes below, you will be a great fit:

  • You are pursuing a relevant degree in film production (from KU, DMJX or similar) with 1.5-3 years left of your studies.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and have strong communication skills.
  • You know your way around a camera and have basic editing experience in PremierePro. Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • You have basic experience in editing multi-cam setups.
  • You have a knack for turning hours of content into to-the-point videos.
  • You have a can-do attitude and are ready to help both on-set and in the editing suite.
  • You are creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas and presenting them to the team.
  • You are a problem-solver, take ownership and are able to juggle several projects at a time while having a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
  • You are a great person to work with.

Deadline for applications: 31 January 2025
