What you will be working with

For one of our offices in Sweden (Malmö/Gothenburg/Stockholm), we are looking for a highly experienced and talented person to join us as a partner in the Operations Strategy team specialising in supply chain and operations management. As a partner, you will play a key role in driving growth, expanding our client base and delivering high-impact projects for our clients in the Nordic market.

This position requires a minimum of eight years of experience in management consulting with a particular focus on supply chain and operations strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy development and implementation: Leading and executing supply chain and operations strategy projects for our clients, delivering tangible and sustainable results that meet their business goals.
  • Business development: Working with colleagues to cultivate leads from Implement’s existing network and your own client network in Sweden. You must be able to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and expand our presence in the Swedish market.
  • Leadership: Providing strong leadership and mentorship to project teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Problem-solving: Utilising your supply chain and operations management expertise to deal with complex business challenges and devise practical solutions for our clients.
  • Client engagement: Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • A minimum of eight years of management consulting experience with a proven track record in supply chain and operations strategy.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, procurement or operations with a deep understanding of best practice and industry trends.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in at least one Nordic language is an advantage. 
  • Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals and expand business in the Swedish market.
  • A strong commercial network in the Swedish market is essential.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • A methodical and problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
