Are you a senior executive accountable for delivering value with AI in your organization? Join Implement Consulting Group for the second part of our exclusive Executive AI Bootcamp, focused on how to translate agentic AI from a promising technology into a working playbook for your business - covering where the value is, how agentic systems deliver it, and what your organization must change to capture it.

Most companies have invested in AI. Fewer can point to where it is genuinely changing margins, growth, or competitive position. The gap is rarely about the technology itself. It is about which use cases to pursue, how to deploy AI in a way that actually delivers, and whether the organisation is set up to capture the value.

At this exclusive executive event, Implement Consulting Group's AI team will guide a small group of senior leaders through the executive agenda for getting impact from AI. The session is structured around three themes.

The session opens with a short framing of where AI creates the most value for executives today, across productivity, customer experience, and new business models, drawing on Implement's recent work with Nordic and European companies. From there, the main focus turns to agentic systems: the dominant pattern for capturing AI value at scale, the architecture and deployment choices that separate impact from stalled investment, and the governance required when AI starts to act autonomously. The session closes by examining what AI impact requires of the organisation: roles, decision rights, operating model, and the leadership work that determines whether the value actually lands.

The format is deliberately small. Each session is limited to 15 executives to allow for genuine dialogue, peer exchange, and discussion of your own situation.

What's in it for you?

  • Understand where agentic AI can create most value today, across productivity, customer experience, and new business models
  • Bridge the gap between curiosity and capability, learn how to translate business processes into an agentic workflow
  • Examine what AI impact requires of the organization: roles, governance, decision rights, and operating model
  • Compare experiences with senior executive peers facing the same challenge

This session is part two of a two-part executive learning journey. You can sign up to one or both. Part one on 3. September gives you hands-on experience building a working prototype with frontier AI tools.
