In one afternoon, build a working prototype yourself with frontier AI tools -Â and leave equipped to lead the strategic conversations on AI that your company is having right now. An invitation-only bootcamp from Implement Consulting Group for 15 senior executives.
The questions executives are now expected to answer about AI have moved well past whether to use it. Which processes are worth reengineering around agents, where the economics genuinely shift, what to fund in the next budget cycle, which vendors hold up under scrutiny. Boards and investors want a view, and these are difficult questions to answer from a chat window. Most senior executives have not yet had occasion to form a first-hand one.
In the session, you will use Claude Code to build a working prototype of your own choosing. It might be a small internal tool, an analysis you have wanted to automate, or a product idea you have been thinking about. By doing the work yourself, you develop a calibrated view of where agentic AI is genuinely capable, where it is not, and what it means for the decisions in front of you. You leave with a working artefact, the fluency to lead the conversation, and a clear view of what your company should try next.Â
The format is hybrid. You will start with a guided warm-up alongside Implement's AI super-users to learn the tool and the way of working, then move on to your own build with hands-on support throughout.Â
The learning continues afterwards. Participants who want to keep going can request personal follow-up to apply what they have learned to real problems in their organization.Â
Places are limited to 15 executives to allow for individual support, peer exchange, and discussion of your own working context. Prior coding experience is not required. You will need to bring a laptop, and access to tools will be provided on the day.Â
What's in it for you?Â
- Get hands-on with the current frontier of AI tools, beyond chat and copilots. Leave with a working artefact and a clearer view of what to try nextÂ
- Develop the practical fluency needed to lead strategic discussions on AI in your companyÂ
- Exchange perspectives with a small group of senior executive peers facing the same questionsÂ
- Receive optional personal follow-up from Implement's AI super-users to keep building after the bootcamp
This bootcamp is part one of a two-part executive learning journey. You can sign up to one or both. Part two on 24th of September goes deeper on scaling AI across the organization: agentic systems, governance, and the organizational changes required to capture impact.
