We will focus on building a common digital product foundation – clarifying roles, core behaviour, and characteristics of product-driven cultures – and kick off the discovery phase of the digital product lifecycle with hands on exercises. 

We will establish a digital product language, then start practicing discovery techniques. The focus is to create an outside-in perspective of leading digital products, compared to single delivery of projects or features.

We will focus on shaping a desirable, feasible, and viable digital product – ensuring a successful launch of the digital product. 

Emphasise the importance of customer desirability, technological feasibility, and business viability as a core foundation and leadership principles for a digital product manager.

The last day will focus on growing and retiring products responsibly – activating data-driven insights and outcome goals – and applying product management in your organisation, concluding with a brief exam to consolidate learning. 

The focus is to translate practices into organisational adoption, ensuring sustainable product ways of working across the lifecycle, with clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

A month after the course, you’ll spend half a day in smaller groups exchanging learnings from applying the tools to your own digital product context, including wins, missteps, blockers, and clear follow-up actions.
