We’re looking for students to join our Stockholm office as junior consultants (JC). If you’re eager to dive into the management consulting world and gain first-hand experience of a management consultant’s day-to-day work, this is an amazing opportunity for you.

What you’ll do

As a junior consultant, you’ll get the chance to work alongside experienced colleagues, interact with clients, and take responsibility for deliverables just like a graduate consultant would. The only difference is that you’ll do it part-time during your studies – with our clear ambition being to offer you a full-time position when you graduate.

Typical assignments for our junior consultants include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and engaging workshops
  • Conducting advanced analyses and developing business cases
  • Creating strategic communication materials
  • Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

Joining us as a junior consultant, you’ll work part-time and plan your work schedule around your studies. The workload will be approximately 20 hours per week. However, we completely understand that you must prioritise your studies and that there will be periods when you are occupied with assignments and exams.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for students who are currently in the 3rd year of their bachelor’s degree and who plan to start their master’s studies in 2026.

The ideal candidates also meet the following criteria:

  • Study business, economics, or engineering – and have excellent academic results to show for it
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English (another Nordic language is a plus but not a requirement)
  • Are experienced in working with Excel and PowerPoint

What we offer
Our work in Sweden spans multiple industries and capabilities such as Strategy and M&A, Operations Strategy, Business Operations Design and Digital Transformation – to name just a few.

We offer a job in a fast-growing consultancy defined by an entrepreneurial environment. You’ll quickly become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will guide you and help take your strategic understanding to the next level.

You’ll participate in our internal training program, specifically designed for our junior consultants, to help you build the competencies that will support you in your consulting career. If you perform well and would like to continue your journey with Implement, our ambition is to offer you permanent employment as a full-time consultant once you've completed your studies.

Make your next move matter.
