We're looking for AI Product Owner for our internal core team to play a central role in operating and evolving Implement's AI platform & applications. This is a hands-on, non-consultant role for someone who can take ownership of our systems and make sound decisions about how they evolve.
What you'll do
We are looking for an AI Product Owner to own and further develop our internal enterprise AI platform and related AI products. This role sits at the intersection of internal product ownership, AI platform operations, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical development.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that our internal AI capabilities are reliable and secure across Implement and its departments. This includes ownership of enterprise-level agents, integrations, internal AI products, and governance processes. Day to day, you'll keep our existing AI tools healthy and trustworthy, help shape the roadmap, and work with Implement's broader AI hub community to decide which of the many new ideas are worth building.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, different consultancy departments, IT, Legal, Security, and consultants to translate business needs into robust AI-enabled solutions.

What you’ll bring
This role combines product ownership with hands-on technical depth. We are looking for someone structured and organized, but above all driven, curious, and eager to grow with the role.
Need-to-have:
- Experience with product ownership of internally developed software & SaaS integrations
- Broad understanding of generative AI (LLMs, agents, skills, integrations, responsible AI)
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders (Legal, IT and end users)
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations and access models
- Comfort working hands-on with AI platforms and internal tools
- Development knowledge stack, for example Python, APIs, Git, CI/CD, cloud-based development environments.
- A master's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or a related field
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of EU AI Act and GDPR regulations
- Experience with Enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience working in or with consulting organisation
- Experience designing & governing AI agents, assistants, prompt libraries, skill libraries, or internal AI workflows.
- Experience with knowledge management, enterprise search, RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered information retrieval.
