Are you a motivated student keen to explore a career in management consulting while pursuing your master’s degree?

We’re looking for curious people to join our Junior Consultant programme in Oslo.

What you’ll do

As a Junior Consultant, you’ll be part of our Strategy and M&A practice from day one. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants on real client projects, gaining practical experience with the challenges global companies face today. Typical tasks include:

  • Conducting market research and financial analyses
  • Preparing material for client workshops and presentations
  • Supporting project teams with strategic insights and problem-solving
  • Bringing fresh perspectives that challenge our thinking and create impact

This is a part-time, hourly role designed to fit alongside your studies. You’ll have the flexibility to contribute when your schedule allows, all while getting a thorough behind-the-scenes look at and understanding of consulting.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for students who are currently in their 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree and about to begin their master’s studies.

The right fit will likely tick several of these boxes:

  • Strong academic results and analytical skills
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn fast (our learning curve is steep and many students tell us that’s one of the best parts of this job)
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both Norwegian and English
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in business strategy and M&A

You don’t need prior consulting experience, but you should be ready to take ownership, share your ideas, and learn by doing. Please note that candidates planning a gap year between degrees are not eligible.\

What we offer

The Junior Consultant programme is a student job out of the ordinary. It’s your chance to:

  • Work side by side with some of Scandinavia’s most experienced strategy consultants
  • Build a professional network and gain real-world consulting experience
  • Test whether consulting is the right career path for you

You’ll become a trusted member of our Oslo team, based in our bustling downtown office. This role is designed to launch your career – with the opportunity to explore joining us full-time after graduation.
