We are looking for talented students with an interest in helping organisations execute and accelerate transformations.
Project-based work is on the rise, and organisations face growing complexity in turning their strategic ambition into value – which makes our expertise in this area more relevant than ever.
If you want to pursue a career in management consulting, this is your chance! If you are passionate about transforming strategic ambition into value, enthusiastic about project and programme management, and enjoy building capabilities, join our Strategic Execution and Acceleration team in Spring 2025.
You will become part of a rapidly growing and unconventional consulting firm, committed to helping organisations become fit for humans and fit for the future.
What you will be working with:
As part of the Strategic Execution and Acceleration team, you will primarily be working with the developing engine of companies in the private sector, helping them design and execute projects and undergo large-scale transformations. The role will be tailor-made according to your competencies and interests.
However, you must be enthusiastic about one or more of the following areas:
- Strategy execution and benefit realisation
- Hybrid and agile methods
- Management of projects, programmes, portfolios, and PMOs
- Upskilling and developing capabilities for project/programme managers
Your areas of responsibility will vary between external client engagements and internal assignments, but you should expect that at least 70% of your work will be related to external client engagements.
Typical assignments include (but are not limited to):
- Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
- Designing and facilitating presentations and workshops
- Conducting advanced analyses and business case development
- Supporting the development of mastery concepts
- Supporting commercial activities by organising events and contributing to proposal materials
You will be working approximately 20-25 hours per week. However, we understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are busy with exams.
You might be the one we are looking for if:
- You are studying a relevant subject such as strategy, organisation, business development, project management, or entrepreneurship with 1-3 years left of your studies
- You are top of the class and have a strong academic track record
- You have strong analytical skills combined with an empathetic, entrepreneurial, and curious mindset
- You are interested in taking part in changing the management consulting industry from the inside
- You appreciate a network organisation where you are the entrepreneur and builder of your own career
- You want to create change with impact for global organisations
What do we offer?
We offer a job in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial Scandinavian-based consultancy, where you will quickly be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level. At Implement Consulting Group, you will become a member of a consultancy ranked as one of the top 10 consulting firms to work for in Europe.
We invest in internal training opportunities for all our employees, and especially our students. You will learn through practice, spar with mentors and colleagues, and participate in our internal training programme for students.
During your time as a junior consultant, your developmental focus will be on:
- Building a solid consultant toolbox
- Developing your area of interest/passion (or finding it)
- Growing personally and professionally in a supportive, caring (and challenging) environment
In sum, this job will set you on the path to becoming ready to take on a position as a full-time management consultant after completing your studies.
We work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly improve at helping our clients achieve exceptional results. We offer a unique culture, helpful colleagues, and a company striving to redefine the management consulting industry from within: faster change with greater impact while loving what we do.
If you have any questions regarding the position, please feel free to reach out to Helena Nagel-Harvig (hnha@implement.dk) or Wendy Chu (siwc@implement.dk).
Deadline for application: 9 February 2025
We will conduct the first round of interviews on the 26th and 27th of February 2025, and you must be available on these days.
