Are you a recent graduate or do you have 1-3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a background in business strategy, innovation, or transformation?

We are currently looking for motivated, French-speaking individuals with a business-owner mindset to join our growing International Business Transformation team as management consultants. In this role, you will help us drive end-to-end business transformations and tackle key CEO challenges in our Copenhagen office or one of our German offices in Hamburg and Munich.

The role – Change with impact

As a management consultant in our IBT team, you will work on diverse international projects and get hands-on experience with various aspects of large-scale business transformations. Your role will typically include:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of comprehensive transformation projects, working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Assisting in client workshops to generate insights, identify opportunities, and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Conducting in-depth analytical research by building hypotheses and testing key strategic factors
  • Developing high-quality deliverables and presenting findings along with actionable recommendations to clients
  • Participating in business development activities, including sales and marketing efforts

 

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Hold at least one relevant master’s degree with excellent results (business, economics, engineering) or have a couple of years of relevant experience in the industry or consulting world
  • Are eager to create results and thrive on taking a collaborative approach to the execution of change
  • Have strong analytical skills and are motivated by finding solutions to complex problems
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in English and French
  • Would like to be part of an amazing team with a unique collaborative culture
