Job description
Are you a curious soon-to-be graduate aspiring to build a career in management consulting? We’re on the lookout for talented people with creative minds and cutting-edge skills, set to graduate in the summer of 2026, to join our Digital Transformation practice starting in August 2026.
What you’ll do
As a newly graduated management consultant at Implement Consulting Group, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment, collaborating across diverse professional domains. Our vibrant office is home to a wealth of experienced colleagues excelling in areas such as commercial growth, operations strategy, strategy and M&A, international business transformation, communication, sustainability, and leadership.
If you have a genuine passion for expanding your expertise in digital transformation and a strong desire to drive meaningful change within organisations, this is the place for you.
Your role will be multifaceted, but will broadly focus on:
- Identifying solutions: Helping clients discover and implement solutions to their most critical business challenges.
- Digital adoption: Supporting the development of projects and initiatives that ensure efficient and impactful adoption of digital transformations.
- Problem-solving and analysis: Tackling complex issues through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses and business case development.
- Strategy development: Developing and driving strategic processes across various levels, including corporate, business unit, and functional.
- Driving innovation: Designing, envisioning, and testing innovative solutions, while effectively communicating results and recommendations in a structured and persuasive manner.
- Change facilitation: Facilitating change processes, interactions, and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations.
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of solving complex challenges and harnessing opportunities related to the design and implementation of digital transformations. In the Digital Transformation practice, we help organisations revamp their business core, preparing them for success in the digital age. Our projects span diverse industries and markets – from manufacturing and retail to service companies, life sciences and healthcare and public sector organisations, including government bodies and municipalities.
What you’ll bring
We’re seeking ambitious individuals who are set to graduate in the summer of 2026 with a Master’s degree in IT, digital, business, mathematical modelling, engineering, social sciences, or similar. Strong academic performance will of course support your application.
If you meet most of the following criteria – and are keen to learn the rest – we encourage you to apply:
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and empathy: Combine sharp analytical abilities with empathetic personal attributes to understand and address complex challenges.
- Maintain a balanced perspective: Be capable of keeping a holistic view while delving deeply into specific areas of expertise.
- Communicate effectively: Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in both written and spoken English – proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred but not essential.
- Value collaboration and facilitation: Enjoy working with people, with a strong ability and enthusiasm for facilitating dialogue and training others.
- Champion teamwork over hierarchy: Appreciate a collaborative organisational structure where teamwork and results outweigh hierarchy.
At Implement, continuous learning is all-important. We value autonomy, so please bring your unique perspective and challenge us, while remaining eager to learn from seasoned colleagues. If you have independence of thought and a genuine willingness to grow, we would love to hear from you.
What we offer
At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.
From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.
We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.
How to apply
- Please include your GPA for both your BSc and MSc (or combined, if applicable)
- Feedback timeline: The deadline for applications is 26 October 2025 at 23:59. Please note that you may not receive feedback on your application until 3 November.
- The interviews are expected to take place in November and early December.
Make your next move matter.
