Are you an outgoing, curious, and empathetic person who can take the initiative, provide great service, and see the needs of others? Then you may be the new service-minded front-office colleague we’re looking for to join our office in Stockholm.

What you’ll do

As a front-office receptionist, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks. The role focuses on supporting our vibrant Stockholm office with general administrative support, including but not limited to:

  • Helping organise and support internal and external events to make sure that everything runs smoothly
  • Supporting colleagues with booking meetings
  • Working closely with other office departments
  • Taking initiative and having a proactive approach to administration, helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Stockholm office

  • Carrying out various administrative tasks

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, positive, proactive, and ready to take the initiative. You’re driven by curiosity and have a thirst for knowledge. Naturally service-minded, you can anticipate the needs of others before they even realise it. You’re proficient in using IT tools and the MS Office package (such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Implement’s corporate language is English, but you must also be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.

What we offer

Implement offers a unique culture and learning environment in a company that strives to redefine the consulting industry from within. We want to be the best place for all the best people and leave every organisation that we collaborate with in a truly better place – more fit for humans and more fit for the future.

In this role, you can expect:

  • A growing and exciting workplace with a highly talented team of colleagues
  • A welcoming and open-minded atmosphere thanks to our flat hierarchy
  • Personal development and growth opportunities
  • Taking part in annual office events such as company-wide get-togethers and several local events throughout the year

We offer great benefits and training opportunities and are home to many affinity groups and communities for colleagues to feel included, heard and seen. One of Implement's stronger cultural values is spending time in a social and collaborative environment hence, we often gather for cultural explorations, unforgettable celebrations, Friday bars, offsites and much more.
