Are you passionate about transforming strategic ambition into value? And keen to pursue a career in management consulting? We’re looking for talented students to join our Strategic Execution and Acceleration team.

What you’ll do
As part of the Strategic Execution and Acceleration team, you’ll primarily be working with the growth engine of leading companies in the private sector across industries, helping them implement their strategies by designing and executing projects related to large-scale transformations. The role will be tailored to your competencies and interests, but you must be enthusiastic about one or more of the following areas:

  • Strategy execution and benefits realisation
  • Business and organisational development
  • Management of projects, programmes, portfolios, and PMOs
  • Upskilling and developing capabilities for project/programme managers

Your areas of responsibility will vary between external client engagements and internal assignments, but at least 70% of your work will be related to external client engagements.

Typical assignments include (but are not limited to):

  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Designing and facilitating presentations and workshops
  • Conducting advanced analysis and business case development
  • Supporting the development of mastery concepts
  • Supporting commercial activities by organising events and contributing to proposal materials

In this role, you‘ll be working approximately 20-25 hours per week. However, we understand that you must prioritise your studies, particularly during exam periods.

What you’ll bring
If you are a strategic thinker, a nerd, and an activist, you will most likely fit right in here at Implement.  We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the following criteria:

  • Are studying a relevant subject such as strategy, organisation, business development, project management, engineering or entrepreneurship with 1-3 years left.
  • Are top of the class and have a strong academic track record.
  • Have advanced analytical skills combined with an empathetic, entrepreneurial, and curious mind.
  • Appreciate a network organisation where you are the entrepreneur and a proactive builder of your own career.

During your time as a junior consultant, your developmental focus will be on:

  • Building a solid consultant toolbox
  • Developing your area of interest/passion (or find it)
  • Growing personally/professionally in a supporting/caring (and challenging) environment

In summary, equipping you to take on a position as a full-time management consultant after completing your studies.

What we offer
At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.

From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.

We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.

If you have any questions regarding the position, please feel free to reach out to Helena Nagel-Harvig (hnha@implement.dk) or Wendy Chu (siwc@implement.dk).

Deadline for applications: 26 October 2025
We will conduct the first round of interviews on 11–13 November 2025, and you must be available on these days.
