Graduate Management Consultants within our Organisation and People Strategy team
Job description
Are you graduating in 2026 and ready to launch your career? Come join Implement in August 2026 and start making an impact from day one.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll get to work on a wide range of projects, depending on your personal journey and development goals. Our PeopleStrat team builds processes and supportive structures that manage, engage, and enable people potential while balancing the demands of the organisation with the well-being of its employees.
And this is where you come in. While your tasks will vary, you can expect to work on exciting and wide-ranging projects such as:
• Strategy-enabling organisational design, operating and service delivery models, and PMI for sustainable organisations
• Reviewing, aligning, and building people strategies that enable people potential
• Optimising HR processes and functions to create an exceptional employee experience
• Capability building, e.g., business-driven competency and capacity programmes for strategically critical business areas
• Developing and optimising HR technology and data insights to support organisations of the future
• Driving HR digitalisation through HR technology strategy and implementation
In short, if you would like to drive transformations and change with a people-centred approach, you will feel right at home at Implement.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for candidates who want to grow personally and professionally. Hopefully, you’re someone who can come in, inspire us, and take action from day one. Like the rest of us, we prefer someone who embraces diversity and strongly believes in the power of an organisation with a unique collaborative culture.
On top of that, we’re looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria:
• Hold a relevant master’s degree with outstanding academic results
• Have the right mix of methodical and emotional intelligence – someone who can come up with the right answer and also make it happen in the organisation
• Are able to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and at least one Scandinavian language
• Have a genuine interest in management consulting
• Are specifically interested in the intersection between people management, business, and technology
It will also be considered a plus (but not a requirement) if you have previous experience in one or more of the following fields: management consulting, HR transformation, organisational design, change management, HR technology, people analytics, and/or capability building.
What we offer
At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.
From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.
We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.

- Please include your GPA for both your BSc and MSc (or combined, if applicable)
- Feedback timeline: The deadline for applications is 26 October 2025 at 23:59. Please note that you may not receive feedback on your application until 26 October.
