Are you an outgoing, positive, and proactive person who enjoys taking the initiative? Always aware of others' needs and eager to lend a helping hand? Then you might be the service-minded front-desk employee we are looking for to fill a full-time position at our new, beautiful office in Aarhus.

What you will do
As Ambassador of First Impressions at our Aarhus office, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Among other things, you will:

  • Welcome and assist guests to our office
  • Oversee daily tasks at the front desk and responding to the office’s incoming emails
  • Take initiative and adopt a proactive approach to administration and office culture in Aarhus
  • Coordinate meeting planning, ordering catering for meetings and workshops and assisting both clients and consultants
  • Ensure meeting rooms remain presentable and maintain the overall appearance of the office space, including organising and ensuring everything is in order
  • Help provide consultants with the tools and services they need to work effectively
  • Carry out various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with other offices on continuous improvements
  • Provide backup support for piccos and performing manual post-production tasks

As we are a dynamic office with many consultants coming and going, you can also expect to take on ad hoc tasks as needed

What you will bring
You are an outgoing, positive, and proactive individual, ready to take the initiative. You are structured, have a good overview, and bring great energy. Your open nature is driven by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge.

You are service minded by nature and can see the needs of others before they even realise them. You are proficient in using IT tools, including the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). While Implement's corporate language is English, fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is required. An academic education is an advantage but not a necessity.

Are you the one we are looking for?

What we offer

You will be part of a rapidly growing consultancy with a highly talented team of over 130 colleagues at our Aarhus office. Our work culture thrives on qualities such as proactivity, service-mindedness, and attention to detail, supported by flat hierarchies, respect for the individual, and a strong focus on personal and team growth.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00, but may occasionally extend when arranging client events or meeting the needs of consultants and management.

Practicalities and how to apply

The application deadline is 30 April 2025, and you are expected to start as soon as possible (but we are of course flexible depending on your preferences).
