Are you nerdy about analyses and assessments?
We are looking for a motivated student to join our dynamic Analysis Team. In this role, you will mainly be supporting our test centre in managing various assessment tool projects. You will focus on projects involving a range of personality assessments and will collaborate with another student to handle tasks in this area. This role requires someone who enjoys both independent work and effective collaboration to ensure smooth project handovers.
What you will do
- Setting up and distributing various personality assessments
- Creating timelines for small projects
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients regarding tools and theory
- Ad-hoc assignments
What you will bring
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Has an interest in social sciences and thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Is structured, organised, and capable of managing projects independently
- Is service-minded and a great team player
What we offer
We offer a position in a leading consultancy where you will be responsible for supporting various quantitative projects and administrative tasks. You will become part of our fantastic Analysis Team, dedicated to surveys, insights, and quantitative analysis. The role is approximately 15 hours per week. However, we also understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we recognise that there will be times when you are occupied with exams.
You will also have excellent development opportunities within quantitative data management and analysis among highly competent and ambitious colleagues. We operate with a high degree of freedom and responsibility, supporting each other in our efforts to constantly improve how we help our clients and colleagues achieve exceptional results.
