Are you ready to fast-forward your career in communication at one of the leading management consultancies in Europe?  Right now, we are looking for curious, creative, and top-of-the-class communication students to join our Change Communication team at Implement.

What you will do
As a Junior Consultant in the Change Communication team, you will be working on projects alongside our experienced management consultants. Our projects come in many shapes and sizes, and so do the tasks that you will find yourself doing on a day-to-day basis. Depending on your academic background and interests, you can expect to work on projects related to:

  • IT transformations: Creating communication materials during the implementation of IT systems to ensure engagement with the changes that come with the introduction of new systems.
  • Strategy rollouts: Translating strategic ambitions into tangible initiatives and crafting meaningful narratives to mobilise strategies across departments and organisational layers.
  • Culture and values: Designing workshops to foster positive changes in organisational culture and co-creating solutions with companies to build ownership, conceptualise values, and develop impactful initiatives tailored to the company strategy.
  • Capability building and training: Equipping managers and employees with the necessary skills to successfully adapt to the new reality and ways of working through tailored learning journeys and capability upskilling.
  • Internal tasks in the Change Communication team: Supporting the development of our team through various internal tasks, such as organising and facilitating social and professional events, as well as assisting with the creation of presentations, articles, and social media content – particularly in connection with sales and marketing activities.

What you will bring
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic students who:

  • Are pursuing a relevant degree in communication with 1.5-2 years left of your studies
  • Have a solid academic record and preferably experience from a previous student position within communication and/or consultancy
  • Possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English
  • Are creative, enjoy coming up with new ideas, and feel confident presenting them to the team
  • Are curious and eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are self-driven and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Have a positive mindset and like to engage in and contribute to social and professional activities

You should expect a workload of approximately 20-25 hours per week with mutual flexibility during exam periods and project deadlines.

What you will get
As a Junior Consultant at Implement, you will be part of a fast-paced organisation that emphasises professional and personal development. Working alongside our experienced consultants, you will gain hands-on experience in management consulting and develop a strong problem-solving toolbox.

Your learning journey is supported by our in-house courses in project management, facilitation, and more – which has proven to be an effective path to a full-time position for many of our previous students. You will be part of a modern consultancy characterised by a highly collaborative environment that brings out the best in you.

Who is “Change Communication” – and why are we here?
Studies show that more than 50% of all change efforts fail due to poorly managed communication. From more than 1,000 projects, we know that a root cause is the failure to bridge the gap between management pushing the change and the employees who must adapt to it. That is what we are here to change.

Our Change Communication team consists of more than 30 communication nerds across our offices in Copenhagen (DK), Aarhus (DK), and Munich (DE).  We have different educational backgrounds and experiences but share a passion for communication and its ability to move people and transform organisations.

We work closely with our clients to help them identify and articulate the greater purpose behind a change – and translate it into something that feels relevant to all stakeholders involved, whether the change involves a large-scale IT implementation, a strategy rollout, a sustainability commitment, a reorganisation, or a cultural transformation.
