Join our International Business Transformation team as a bid manager

Are you an experienced bid manager with a passion for commercial development in professional services and consulting? If so, you could be the new colleague we are looking for to join our International Business Transformation practice and support the team.

Role overview

As a bid manager, you will be a key player in our International Business Transformation team. Your role will involve driving and refining our commercial processes, coordinating with the partner team and managing the development of major proposals. You will be actively seeking out new clients, identifying opportunities, initiating contact and proposing customised solutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work with colleagues across teams and offices to share and embed commercial best practice. You will also develop tools, disseminate knowledge and support the project staffing process. Your work will be essential in bridging corporate strategy with functional expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate commercial processes in collaboration with the partner team.
  • Manage the development of significant and impactful proposals.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  • Work with colleagues across teams and offices to share and anchor commercial best practice.
  • Develop tools, share knowledge and support the project staffing process.

We are looking for someone who

  • Holds a master’s degree.
  • Has experience in bid management in professional services, consulting or IT, including planning and driving bid processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Alternatively, has a background as a consultant and wants to pursue a career in bid management.
  • Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team.
  • Has strong PowerPoint skills and experience in developing presentations.
  • Speaks and writes fluent German and English.
