Are you a brilliant, soon-to-be graduate excited about a career in management consulting? We’re currently looking for talented people with creative minds and cutting-edge skills, who will be graduating in the Summer of 2026, to join our Stockholm team in the Autumn of 2026.

What you’ll do

As a management consultant at our Stockholm office, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various areas of our business. You’ll join a vibrant office that’s home to many experienced colleagues working in areas such as commercial growth, digital transformation, operations strategy, strategy and M&A, international business transformation, and leadership.

If you have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and expertise, combined with a desire to help organisations truly change, we might be the perfect place for you.

Your role will be diverse, but will broadly focus on:

  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Developing and driving strategy processes at the corporate, business unit, and functional levels
  • Tackling complex problems and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Designing, envisioning, and testing innovative solutions, and communicating results and recommendations convincingly and in a highly structured manner
  • Facilitating change processes, interactions, and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations

Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets, and include everything from manufacturing, retail, and service companies to government organisations and municipalities.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people who are set to graduate in the Summer of 2026, with a Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business and economics, strategic management, finance, HR, or organisational psychology, and with excellent academic results to show for it.

On top of that, the right candidates:

  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have the ability to maintain a holistic view while at the same time being nerdy about a specific topic
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (a Nordic language is preferred but not required)
  • Enjoy working with people and have the ability and desire to facilitate dialogue and train others
  • Appreciate a flat organisation where teamwork and results beat hierarchy

Since everyone at Implement is here to learn, we’d appreciate it if you thrive on autonomy and bring your own point of view. Ideally, you’re someone who thinks independently and has the edge to challenge us, while also having a genuine desire to learn from experienced consultants.

What we offer

At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.

From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.
