A transformation, in any company – creating a movement – that is an art.

Niels Ahrengot, founder of Implement Consulting Group

The idea of Humanocracy

We started out in Hørsholm almost 30 years ago, with a focus on creating impact and changing the way we do consulting. We were built on the super ambitious dream of helping organisations become fit for the future by relentlessly insisting that any change, any transformation, starts and ends with humans.

Humans form the basis of our performance: how they feel, the talent they have, what they do – all must be embraced internally at Implement as well as in the organisations we help transform. Because humans are essentially the ones bringing the transformation to life in the organisation. Without a human-centric focus, there will be no future-fit organisations.

Over the last 30 years, we have created and perfected this craft; and now, we are at a point where we can see that what we have created here can actually be used for a much higher purpose.

We can and will take this idea so much further. Because we have only just started.

We do collaborative consulting

As an organisation working with Implement, you can expect us to always bring deep expertise that unlocks capabilities in your organisation – because we truly want to leave you in a better place.

We believe that consulting is more than just giving advice. That is why we foster a close partnership with you as our client and involve you from the very beginning of every project. We want to leverage the wisdom of your organisation because we believe that the best way to solve a problem is to solve it together, collaboratively and with respect for the skills we each bring to the table. We call this collaborative consulting.

For us, the fundamental question is: what is most helpful right now?

At the start of every project, we find the most capable team for you to partner up with to tackle your challenges, and we involve you in designing a process that leaves your organisation more capable.

Because basically, we are here to help.

This is how we can help you
