A warm welcome to our Hamburg office.

We opened in Hamburg in 2021 to expand our presence in the German consulting market to deliver exceptional consulting services to our clients across many industries.

You can find us in the heart of Hamburg between the Alster and the Elbe, directly at the Hamburger Domplatz in front of the St. Petri church. From here, we offer our consulting services to the entire DACH region and realise sustainable projects for our clients.

Our client base includes private and public sector organisations from a wide range of industries, including renewable energy, industrial and consumer goods, logistics, healthcare and many more.

Our approach


In Hamburg, our diverse teams consist of consultants bringing different backgrounds and expertise from a variety of industries. We want to take full advantage of that by truly working together by enabling collaboration across industries and practices – not only on paper but by really setting up our project teams in a way that our teams can get inspired and learn from each other.

When implementing change and providing support in different transformation processes, we put a strong emphasis on involving our clients from the start of every project and to a very high degree in order to co-create the change processes we are initiating together. We call this collaborative consulting, and it includes creating a positive atmosphere, providing great energy and producing appealing visual methods to facilitate dialogue. This approach makes a difference not only to us but also to our clients – because only together can we create the biggest impact.

This could be a local barbecue, a boat trip on the Alster or the Elbe or a get-together at a global meeting somewhere at one of our offices in Europe. Together with all our colleagues across practices, we exchange ideas, build our network and just have fun.
