Put it to the test at our pub quiz with the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team

Round 1, Question 1: What does a management consultant actually do all day?

  • Solve complex problems for leading companies
  • Build slides until midnight
  • Drink an impressive, if most likely unhealthy, amount of coffee
  • None of the above
  • It depends

If you hesitated, you’re probably not alone. Most descriptions of consulting sound the same: complex problems, a fast-paced working environment, and a steep learning curve. All true, but such clichés tell you very little about what a regular Tuesday looks like.

On 19 November 2026, Implement’s Commercial Strategy & Transformation team will be trading the slides for a quiz sheet, and we hope to see you there. At the newly opened Jeffery Pub in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, you'll be assigned to a team on arrival, and over a few quiz rounds, we'll peel back the curtain on life as a junior consultant (student) and as a newly graduated management consultant at Implement Consulting Group. We invite you to come and test what you think you know.

Who are you?

  • You’re an ambitious and curious student currently studying for a bachelor’s degree
  • You want to learn more about commercial consulting (how go-to-market, sales, marketing, and pricing come together in practice)
  • Your field of study is less important – as long as you’re passionate, eager to learn, and interested in a career in management consulting

We’re excited to get to know you!

NB: No dress code. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

Commercial Strategy & Transformation?

In the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team, we help businesses achieve commercial success in the marketplace. We work with sales and marketing organisations to develop effective strategies and practices that help them increase revenue and profitability.

Examples of problems we help our clients solve:

  • What is our future ambition for growth, and how do we create a unified strategy for achieving it?
  • Which markets and/or segments are most attractive for our upcoming product launch?
  • How can our sales team lift win rates and shorten the sales cycle?
  • What CRM tools and data do we need to run sales and marketing effectively?
  • How do we create an omnichannel digital journey that converts and retains customers?
  • How should we design pricing and monetisation to grow revenue without eroding margin?
