She previously held senior roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk, including COO, CEO of Svitzer, and Regional CEO in Asia and the Americas. She brings strong global leadership and deep strategic expertise in technology

Leif Ottosson
CEO of Polarium

Leif Ottosson has been appointed CEO of Polarium, a leading provider of energy storage solutions supporting grid stability and the integration of renewable energy, effective February 2025.


With prior CEO roles at Cobham Satcom and Navico Group, Leif brings deep expertise in power management, technology, and operations as well as extensive leadership experience.

Klas Forsström
CEO of Munters

Klas Forsström has been President and CEO of Munters since 2019. He brings a solid background in materials physics and business management, with degrees from Uppsala University and executive training from INSEAD.


Prior to joining Munters, he was President of Sandvik Machining Solutions and held various senior leadership roles during his more than 20-year career at Sandvik. He currently serves on the boards of IPCO AB and Nolato AB.

Andrew Kristensen
CEO of PostNord TPL

Andrew Kristensen – has been appointed CEO of PostNord TPL, the leading provider of third-party logistics in the Nordics, effective February 2024.


He has a strong track record in business turnaround and building highperforming organizations in complex international environments, with experience from technologically intensive industries such as Danfoss, Saint-Gobain, and Johnson Controls.
