The hardest part of change is not figuring out what to change – it is making change happen.
As consultants, having deep functional expertise and analytical skills is a prerequisite for tackling our clients’ challenges. But it is not enough. To truly support our clients in making change happen, we also need deep insight into how perceptions and personal preferences can affect the process.
Explore your future as an Implementer
From August 2025, we are looking for management consultants (full-time) and junior consultants (part-time) to join our adventure in our office in Malmö.
On 26 September 2024, we invite ambitious students to join us for an afternoon to explore some of the tools, methods and mindsets we use at Implement to design solutions and create sustainable change with impact.
It would not be a true taste of Implement without good food and drinks – so we will make sure there is enough for everyone to have a great afternoon/evening.
We are curious about getting to know you and hope to see you in Malmö on 26 September.
