A member of the Group Executive Board since 2016 with more than 40 years at the Post, he has steered the organisation through major shifts, from modernising letter mail to reshaping the branch network for a digital era. His focus is on keeping the Post close to the Swiss population and to SMEs while adapting the network to changing customer needs.

Claudio Sorgente is Executive Vice President for Enterprise Technology & Transformation at Swisscom, where he leads the company's technology and transformation agenda. He works at the intersection of technology strategy and execution, helping turn new capabilities into practical business value. An alumnus of the University of St. Gallen, he brings a background spanning strategy and large-scale technology change.
