A flagship gathering for transformative leaders

In a world shaped by discontinuity, volatility, and rapid reinvention, leadership can no longer rely on rigid playbooks. This event brings together executives across sectors to explore what leadership looks like when the path ahead is uncertain, to build confidence in leading without a map, to trust making clear choices and lead with conviction.

Why attend

The Executive Forum creates a focused space that allows peers to discuss how they can navigate without a map in a world of uncertainties and strengthen strategic judgement needed to mobilise their organisations.

What to expect

We will open with a future-focused perspective on the discontinuities shaping leadership agendas today. From there, participants are invited to a round table discussion with leadership experts, thinkers and experts. Afterwards, we host facilitated dialogues focusing on various topics of leadership, organisational engagement and discontinuity.

Expect candid conversations, actionable takeaways, and meaningful connections with leaders facing similar questions: how to make decisions without certainty, how to maintain momentum in complexity, and how to lead when there is no map.
