Implement Consulting Group is inviting master’s students with strong academic records to apply for the Future Female Consultant programme.​


The programme includes:​


Kick-off event: A two-day event at Manon Les Suites Guldsmeden in Copenhagen on Wednesday and Thursday, 27–28 May.​


Mentoring: A dedicated mentor and three one-to-one mentoring sessions during the spring.​


Final event: A wrap-up event on 17 September at Implement’s office on Strandvejen.​

May: Introduction

Receive your official programme invitation and onboarding materials.


27-28 May: Kick-off in Copenhagen

Two-day residential event at Manon Les Suites Guldsmeden, Copenhagen. 

Starts at 09.00 on Wednesday, 27 May, and wraps up around 17.00 on Thursday, 28 May.

Followed by online mentoring sessions scheduled around your availability. 


Summer: Digital mentoring (June-September)

Two private, digital mentoring sessions with your assigned Implement consultant. 


17 September: Programme wrap-up

Full-day final event at Implement Consulting Group, Strandvejen 54, Hellerup. 

Reflection on learnings and next steps, followed by dinner and drinks. 


When the programme ends, we'll offer you a job interview to explore whether there's a final fit between you and Implement.
