Implement Consulting Group is now inviting second-to-fourth year students with great academic records to apply for the Future Female Consultant programme!


In this programme, you’ll meet inspiring consultants and connect with talented female students from top universities. You’re in for an exciting two-day event and two one-to-one mentoring sessions during the spring. Along the way, we promise professional and personal growth, fresh inspiration, valuable new connections – and plenty of fun.

Timeline


December – Assessment: You will conduct an assessment to help us better understand your thinking style and preference (Whole Brain® Thinking model).


January – Kick off in Oslo: Two-day event in our office, starting at lunch time on Thursday 22 January and wrapping up at around 16:00 the next day. The kick-off is followed by online mentoring sessions flexible to fit your schedule.


Spring – Digital mentoring: Two digital, private mentoring sessions with your assigned Implement consultant


June: Programme wrap-up


When the programme ends, we’ll offer you a job interview to explore whether there’s a final fit between you and Implement. (Please note that the timing of the interview will depend on how far along you are in your studies.)
