Across industries, companies are engaging with the opportunities of AI – some through bold innovation, others through focused pilot projects. Yet the depth of implementation and the quality of results vary widely.

Many organisations struggle to scale initial efforts and escape the pilot trap – not due to a lack of ambition, but because operational frameworks are missing.

At the same time, trust in AI, internal adoption, and organisational change often present bigger challenges than the technology itself. It takes more than great AI models to achieve impact – it takes leadership, alignment, and execution.

Our annual AI Flagship Event in Zurich brings together business leaders and AI practitioners to share insights, challenges, and practical experiences from across the Swiss market. The event features two keynote sessions offering perspectives on how AI is shaping strategy, culture, operations, and innovation.

This year’s edition builds on our successful 2024 event, which welcomed over 50 executives and featured speakers such as Marc Walder (CEO, Ringier) and Dr. Tilo Sperling (Head of AI, Geberit).

A forum for dialogue and exchange

In addition to the keynotes, the event offers space for peer exchange in the networking apéro after the keynote speeches, enabling participants to connect with decision-makers and thought leaders in an informal setting.

The AI Flagship Event is part of our commitment to fostering a trusted and practice-oriented AI dialogue among Swiss business leaders – not just to explore what’s possible, but to shape what’s next.
