Victoria Quaglia: Senior finance professional and advisor with 20+ years of experience in finance, business transformation, and performance management. Combines nine years in management consulting with 12 years at A.P. Moller Group, spanning finance leadership, major corporate transactions, and transformation programmes. Currently co-head of CFO Advisory at Implement, with a strong focus on impactful finance process transformation and optimisation.

Anders Liu-Lindberg: Finance business partnering expert with 15+ years of experience, including 13 years at A.P. Moller-Maersk across senior finance and business partnering roles. He co-founded the Business Partnering Institute, growing a global community for finance business partnering, and co-authored the book "Create Value as a Finance Business Partner." As a Partner at Implement, he focuses on finance business partnering, organisational design, and upskilling finance professionals.
