Moller Group, spanning finance leadership, major corporate transactions, and transformation programmes. Currently co-head of CFO Advisory at Implement, with a strong focus on impactful finance process transformation and optimisation.

Nicolai Worziger: Nicolai is a senior CFO advisor with 25+ years of experience advising finance functions across the Nordics and Europe. He is a trusted advisor on finance transformation, FP&A modernisation, and business partnering, with leadership experience as CEO, Managing Director, and finance executive. As co-head of CFO Advisory at Implement, Nicolai convenes the Implement Finance network for Danish CFOs and facilitates cross-company business partnering programmes.
