With more than a decade of experience from Danske Bank, including as Head of Group Finance, Christopher brings deep insight into the evolving role of finance in large financial institutions. Today, he serves as CFO of Danica, part of Danske Bank Group. Across both organisations, Christopher has been closely involved in the AI journey, focusing on how finance can leverage new technologies to optimise financial performance and deliver positive customer outcomes.​​

Martin Smith
Former VP Finance Transformation at A.P. Moller-Maersk​

With 20+ years of experience in finance transformation and business improvement, Martin brings deep expertise in leading complex change across global organisations. Having held senior finance leadership roles, including at A.P. Moller-Maersk and AstraZeneca, he is recognised for building high-performing teams and delivering transformation with tangible business impact. He will share what it takes to lead finance transformation at scale, from ambition to execution.

Henrik Skak Bender
Chief Financial Officer, Ambu​

With 20+ years of experience across finance, global operations, and business transformation, Henrik is a seasoned enterprise leader focused on driving performance and scaling organisations in complex, global environments. As CFO of the global MedTech company Ambu, and through previous senior roles at WS Audiology, Widex and Urban Partners, he leads across strategy, operations, and execution, turning transformation into business impact and growth. He will share how finance can go beyond the numbers to strengthen execution, resilience, and agility in a fast-changing global market.

Markus Kede
Chief AI Officer, Lundbeck​

A finance leader turned enterprise AI architect. As SVP Finance & Business Planning for Lundbeck US, Markus
chaired the Digital & AI Strategy Committee and was instrumental in advancing AI initiatives and accelerating
enterprise adoption. That earned him the role of Lundbeck's first-ever Chief AI Officer, making him uniquely positioned to speak to what it takes for a finance leader to transition from financial stewardship to AI transformation.

Lasse Jonasson
Chief foresight officer, Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies (CIFS)​

As a futurist and part of the executive leadership team at CIFS, Lasse advises organisations on strategic foresight, anticipatory leadership, and long-term transformation. He helps leaders navigate future shifts, anticipate emerging drivers of change, and make better strategic decisions under uncertainty. He will share perspectives on how CFOs can apply foresight to navigate the AI transformation.
