Join us for an intimate breakfast for senior leaders who have moved well past the AI tool question and arrived at the harder one: what does this change about how we show up, lead, govern, and organise?

Featuring entrepreneur and innovation leader Henrik Werdelin and Implement practitioners within AI and leadership, we’ll dedicate this morning to exploring the strategic, ethical, and organisational choices leaders must make now – all in a safe space designed for honest, cross-industry conversation.

AI won’t transform your organisation. You will.

While many leadership teams have embraced AI pilots and productivity experiments, far fewer have confronted the tougher questions: what does this mean for our operating model, our governance, our culture, for our corporate social responsibility – and not least, for my role as a leader?

This first session in our ‘AI & leadership breakfast’ series strives to create a trusted space for senior leaders to sort signals from noise. Here, we’ll explore how leadership is shifting from being the expert in the room to being the architect of a system we don’t fully control, calling for a different kind of judgement and leadership.

Featuring Henrik Werdelin

Entrepreneur, product and innovation leader, and producer of the podcast “Beyond the Prompt.” Henrik builds companies at the edge of emerging technology. At this session, he will challenge the room on what to automate, what must stay human, and what most leadership teams are getting wrong right now

A forum for dialogue and exchange

This is a small and interactive session. We prioritise real dilemmas, few slides, and strong facilitation over a one-size-fits-all approach. The goal is to create clarity, courage, and better choices, together.

What we’ll explore together

  • The critical questions leaders must tackle now
  • How to make decisions in systems we no longer fully understand
  • How to lead the transformation in practice
