Real-life simulation of a client situation


To simulate a real-life client situation and give you the opportunity to showcase your way of working, we will present you with a case inspired by a potential client scenario and ask you to prepare a presentation of your solution.


Why do we do this?

According to science, the most reliable way to assess a candidate’s future job performance is through a real-life simulation. Therefore, in Conversation 3, we will simulate a real-life case scenario that you will need to solve. When presenting your case solution, we’re curious about several aspects: your presentation skills, your approach to project management and problem-solving, and how you bring your area of expertise into play.


What to expect?

Expect to present your prepared case solution. However, remember that the life of a consultant – and the world in general – is full of dilemmas and paradoxes, which is why we’ll also test how you handle a real-life dilemma connected to the case.


How to ace the conversation?

Practice and preparation make all the difference, so make sure that you’ve spent the necessary time on the case and rehearsed your presentation. Familiarise yourself with the case material and be aware that, in order to solve it, you may have to make your own assumptions. Be ready to present your solution using slides or other supporting tools. Also, be authentic, curious, and ready to think on your feet. Remember that we are all here for you, and we want to give you the best possible foundation and opportunity to shine.
