The on-the-spot case is intended to simulate a real client/consultant interaction, enabling you to showcase your consultant toolbox and ability to think on your feet. You can expect to be presented with a real-life scenario, where it will be your job, as the consultant, to advise the client from your area of expertise.


The purpose of the case interview is to evaluate the soft and hard skills used by an Implement consultant and to assess your ability to apply structured reasoning, quantitative skills, and business acumen. Therefore, you should be prepared to answer both strategic and mathematical questions.
