You are now ready to take our gamified cognitive and behavioural test

Our test consists of engaging games designed to capture hundreds of data points about your behaviour and cognitive abilities.

Why not just stick with traditional aptitude tests, you might ask? Well, we want to offer a more enjoyable experience, moving away from the usual stressful tests while maintaining high scientific validity. This approach helps us gain a deeper understanding of who you are – and it reduces bias early in the recruitment process.

Tips and tricks

You will receive an email with more information and a link to the test. During the assessment, you’ll be asked to complete a series of games to get an overview of your skills. Once you have completed the assessment, you will receive your results via email.

We recommend using a device with a touch screen (smartphone or tablet), finding a quiet place, and completing the games when you're well-rested. It will take no more than 30-45 minutes to finish all the games, but you can close your screen between games and click the link in the email to continue when you're ready.
