2020 has already shown us the meaning of the abbreviation “VUCA” and it’s now, more than ever, that our organisations need to sense-and-respond quickly.

In these times, we’re going to need to find a way to reinvent our organisations through the tough times and there is work to do - a recent poll indicated on that only 17% would agree that their organisation is truly agile and adaptable. In the same poll, 87% agreed that they are holding back at work and have more to give – we think that tapping into that incredible human potential might be the key to this challenge.

What is the Nordic Management Lab?

The Nordic Management Lab offers a 9-month cross-organisation transformation journey. This journey is for pioneering organisations who are committed to finding a way to make organisations more meaningful, less bureaucratic and more human.

We bring the cutting-edge research and our experience in transforming organisations across the globe – you bring your successes and learnings from testing it out firsthand. Together, we navigate toward organisations that are fit for the future and fit for humans.

The Nordic Management Lab is a space for pioneering organisations that want to crate the future.

We’ve invited you to join this journey because we know we’re not the only ones who see the future as more human. Our conversations with you lead us to believe that you really want to make a push in this direction – and therefore would have successes, learnings and reflections that would be valuable to this community.

We hope that you’ll join us in the Nordic Management Lab.

Five reasons to consider this programme:

Change kick-starter

A format to fuel discussions in your organisation and kick-start a movement.

Global benchmarks

A global outside-in perspective at scale to evolve your own business and management model.

Learning community

A learning community of like-minded organisations and organisational activists exploring and sharing together.

Unique events

An opportunity for intense and unique exchanges with world-leading thought leaders and management thinkers.

Tools for change

A toolbox of methods from the Lean Startup, Design Thinking and templates like management model canvas.

What do we bring to the table?

  • Over the past few years Implement has been working with Thought Leaders, researching the Vanguards and building methodology within the topic of “evolutionary” organisations.
  • We’ve been advising and facilitating this process for companies and gaining the learnings that come with this experimentation.
  • Speaking of “evolutionary” organisations, we are one – so when it comes to this topic, we test new practices on ourselves first.

The Nordic Management Lab is the platform for us to share this knowledge and experience with you.

IT IS TIME... to ensure that our organisations spend time solving the problems most worthy of solving and finding better ways to unleash the incredible human potential within every organisation. In increasingly complex and turbulent times, let’s harvest the intelligence of the crowd and embark on this journey together.
