Job opportunity in Copenhagen

Can't get enough of processes? Let's talk!

Student analysts within process transformation

We are rapidly expanding our process transformation team and wish to bring in talented students with an interest in working on the front line of process transformation with a variety of clients.

Job content – Change with Impact

The job content will be specified according to the right candidate, but you must be enthusiastic about one or more of the following areas:

  • Operations management
  • Process mapping
  • Lean manufacturing
  • Lean administration
  • Performance management
  • Change management
  • Robotics

You will work with a variety of tasks depending on current clients and internal projects, and you will be given a high level of autonomy. Therefore, you must be prepared to work with clients in co-operation with more experienced consultants.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Conducting analyses – you will be part of projects where your work will form an important basis for decisions
  • Delivering and communicating findings in a clear and structured way
  • Preparing and executing workshops with colleagues and clients
  • Managing certain parts of a project

The workload will be approximately 20-25 hours per week. However, we also understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

We are looking for people who

  • Are in their final year of their bachelor’s degree or first year of their master’s degree
  • Are natural team players and can take on responsibility in direct client engagement
  • Are ambitious and have a profound analytical mindset
  • Are curious about pursuing a career in management consulting
  • Are down-to-earth and appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy

You must possess the ability to frame issues and break them down, design and validate solutions and communicate findings in a structured manner. As a lot of this work will take place in Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in these tools is of importance.

As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. We are looking for ambitious students with an edge who can challenge us, but who also want to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will be involved in client projects and co-operate closely with experienced consultants who can contribute to taking your strategic and process-related understanding to the next level. We attach great importance to personal and professional development, and you will always receive sparring in projects. High-performing students can be offered the opportunity to continue their journey in Implement as consultants after completion of their master’s degree. We offer a unique culture with a network of helpful colleagues and a strong belief that co-creation with our customers creates business impact.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to submit a CV, your grades and record a short video (max 3 minutes), where you answer the following two questions:

  1. Describe a situation where you created impact.
  2. Share one thing that you are truly passionate about.

In this way, we will get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The evaluation of applicants will take place continuously. If your application is accepted, you will be invited for an interview.

The application deadline is as soon as possible, and we look forward to hearing from you!
