Job opportunity in Malmö

You dream of a career combining innovation, strategy and business?

Are you studying for a master’s degree with planned graduation in 2020 or 2021 and want a career in management consulting? The student assistant programme is our primary recruitment pipeline for graduates, and therefore we are looking for students who want to pursue a career in management consulting to join our team of student assistants as of January/February 2019.

We’re a Scandinavian-based consultancy engaged in creating sustainable change and transformation. We help leading organisations succeed with their most critical change initiatives by unlocking both human and business potential – in that particular order. We’re committed to leaving organisations and their people in a truly better place – more changeable, more engaged and better equipped for creating a better future.

Job content – Change with Impact

The role will be tailor-made according to the candidate’s competencies and interests. You must have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and expertise within either supply chain strategy, business strategy or innovation, combined with a desire to help organisations truly change their behaviour.
Typical assignments include (but are not limited to):

  • Working together with our teams on client projects
  • Preparing and performing presentations and engaging workshops
  • Advanced analyses and business case development
  • Developing data and simulation models
  • Creating strategic communication material
  • Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets, and clients can include everything from manufacturing companies and service companies to governmental organisations and municipalities.

We are looking for people who
  • Are studying in the field of economics/finance/business administration, supply chain management or industrial engineering and management – with excellent academic results
  • Are in their final year of the bachelor’s programme or in their first year of the master’s programme and expect to graduate with a master’s degree in 2020 or 2021
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have the ability to maintain a holistic view and at the same time get nerdy about a specific topic
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Love working with people and have the ability as well as the desire to facilitate dialogues and train others
  • Are truly curious and want to learn
  • Are cool, likeable, empathic and fit into our team while appreciating a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy

You are keen on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in the implementation of change. You can be normative but are aware that nothing is black and white. You love diversity and are both analytical and empathic. You thrive on acting autonomously and have an independent point of view. We are looking for ambitious students with an edge, who can challenge us, but who also want to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will quickly be involved in client projects, and you will work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level.

The student assistant programme is a possibility for students to work part-time as management consultants during their studies. The workload will be on average 20 hours per week. However, we fully understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

We have an internal training programme specifically designed for our student assistants, helping you to build the competences supporting you in your consulting career. We work with a high degree of autonomy with responsibility, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results. We strive to redefine the management consulting industry from the inside: faster change with greater impact, while loving what we do.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Deadline for application is 1 December 2018.
