Job in Copenhagen

You are experienced in developing organisations’ leadership and work. Call!

Senior consultant with an interest and experience in supporting organisational and personal transformation journeys

We believe that the future of organisations is less bureaucratic, more meaningful and more human. To be successful in the long term, we believe that organisations must train their self-transforming muscle and that a human-centred approach trumps mechanistic methodologies. We are therefore looking for consultants with experience within the area of reinventing organisations and the transformation of organisations from “old” paradigm to “new” paradigm, (orange to teal/legacy to evolutionary).

We are a diverse group of people who are passionate about working with organisations and leaders who are not only actively recognising the need to move, but will also commit to exploring the unknown, uncertain futures. We see ourselves as process facilitators, content curators and creative co-designers of the future. We humbly acknowledge that we don’t have all the answers, but we are confident in helping organisations figuring it out themselves. One of our most recent initiatives is the creation of the Nordic Management Lab, a cross-organisational journey to prototype the future together.

If you are fired up about the future of leadership, work and organisations, have a nerdy side that isn’t afraid to dive deep into new content, while standing your ground in facilitating small to large groups of people (that may sometimes need a bit of convincing), we want you on our side.

What might you be spending your time on?

We believe you can only help more companies by having experienced and driven those kinds of projects yourself. So, we don’t split into functions, but work collaboratively across.

To be a collaborative consultant, you’ll be:

  • Actively building relationships and working with clients and your network to inspire and create more opportunities to support organisations on this journey
  • Scoping the tasks and delivering on your promises
  • Seeing the project through (ideally together with great colleagues) in close collaboration with our clients
  • Letting your passion and expertise become our shared strength by developing the team
  • Sharing and continuously learning more about concepts in relation to this journey
  • Conceptualising and prototyping tools, methods and the overall journey for organisations to become self-transforming

We want to meet you if …

  • You tick the standard boxes of education (relevant master’s degree)
  • You know what you are doing (as a minimum have five years of consulting experience within the areas of change management, leadership development and organisational development, and are capable of scoping and selling major projects)
  • You have a knack for building and maintaining relationships – no matter what title or position the person might hold
  • You can facilitate a conversation and drive a workshop without a large PowerPoint presentation backing you up
  • You didn’t have to google the following words or people: Frederic Laloux, Gary Hamel, Julian Birkinshaw, Robert Kegan, holacracy, sociocracy
  • You can be normative when needed, but collaborative whenever possible – empathy first!
  • Finally, and most importantly, you have some sort of entrepreneurial spirit burning inside you to get involved, find a way and combining all your knowledge and analytical prowess with a drive for making a real impact
How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The application deadline is as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
